Claire Herke, PA-C

Claire Herke is a dedicated, board-certified physician assistant with experience caring for acute care patients and those in an outpatient clinical setting. She earned her master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Louisiana State University (LSU) Health Shreveport in 2023. Claire previously graduated from Louisiana Tech University with honors in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. Although a Baton Rouge native, Claire has been a part of the northern Louisiana community since 2017. She is proud to continue serving them throughout her career. Claire is an active member of the Louisiana Association of Physician Assistants and the Pi Alpha National Honor Society for Physician Assistants. Specializing primarily in inflammatory bowel disease and hepatology, she remains committed to providing comprehensive care for her patients. Claire looks forward to assisting them in reaching their healthcare goals.  

In her spare time, Claire enjoys spending time with her husband and family, traveling, and gardening.
