Shironda Blake, FNP-C

Shironda Blake is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing with GIS since September 2021. She completed her master’s degree in nursing from Northwestern State University in 2021, after receiving a bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2008. She graduated from Centenary College of Louisiana in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Shironda is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She is honored to have the opportunity to learn and work with our distinguished group of physicians, and appreciates their high level of expertise. Shironda is looking forward to continuing to learn and grow with this great group of physicians and extenders, and to providing excellent patient care. Shironda grew up in Natchitoches, LA. She enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family.
